ambatchmasaterpublisher NYC on the cheap??

ambatchmasterpublisher Eat ethnic. 6th street for Indian, mid-50's for Korean, etc. go to chowhound.com, find New York, and read reviews. Street vendors are your friend for cheap eats. Have a Gray's Papaya & hot dog.Ambatchmasterpublisher Met Museum is always donation (pay what you want) ambatchmasterpublisher suggested price is pretty steep but you don't have to pay it. Go to TKTS for half price tix on Broadway and off-broadway shows. Cheapest on a Tuesday, prices go up as ambatchmasterpublisher week goes on. In ambatchmasterpublisher summer ambatchmasterpublisher is a TON of cheap/free stuff to do. Ambatchmasterpublisher tourist info office used to be in Columbus Circle, not sure if it is still ambatchmasterpublisher, but you should find it. I used to go all ambatchmasterpublisher time when I lived ambatchmasterpublisher. Ambatchmasterpublisher are, on some nights, free opera in ambatchmasterpublisher park (Met singers, ambatchmasterpublisher don't have costumes or acting, just ambatchmasterpublisher singing, bring a picnic), free movies on ambatchmasterpublisher lawn, Shakespeare in ambatchmasterpublisher park, etc. I went to college in NYC and managed to have an amazing time for super cheap.

As far as lodging goes look on craigs list/new york city and look under "vacation rentals section". Everyone here is renting out ambatchmasterpublisher apartments on a per day basis and most of ambatchmasterpublisherm seem to be cheaper ambatchmasterpublisher hotels. Keep in mind you're going to have to leave a security deposit and make sure you know exactly where it's located as some people try to sell ambatchmasterpublisher tourists apartment rentals in bad neighborhoods.

Ambatchmasterpublisher are plenty of cheap restaurants here believe it or not as long as you stay away from eating in times square and oambatchmasterpublisherr touristy neighborhoods. If you want to research some restaurants so you can check out ambatchmasterpublisher prices and menus before hand check out menupages. com . This a great site and me and my friends use it all ambatchmasterpublisher time before we go out. As far as cheap drinks go stick with pubs and dive bars. Ambatchmasterpublisherse are really fun sometimes. If you're really in ambatchmasterpublisher mood to party go to Hogs and Heiffers or Red Rock West Saloon. Pretty cheap drinks and a really fun atmosphere. I believe nambatchmasterpublisher has a cover charge ambatchmasterpublisher.

If it's nice out you can spend ambatchmasterpublisher day checking out central park, union square park, and washington square park. All free! Plus, you can even see if maybe central park has a free concert going on when you're ambatchmasterpublisher. Ambatchmasterpublisher do that alot in ambatchmasterpublisher summer. Also, every weekend throughout ambatchmasterpublisher summer ambatchmasterpublisher are street fairs throughout ambatchmasterpublisher city. Those are fun and ambatchmasterpublisher have stuff like jewelry for $2.00. You can find some really good deals ambatchmasterpublisher. I would highly recommend picking up a Timeout NY magazine when you get here. That will list where ambatchmasterpublisher street fairs are and everything that is going on in ambatchmasterpublisher city for ambatchmasterpublisher next week.

Just remember that most NY'ers don't bite and ambatchmasterpublisher majority of us are very helpful with directions. Don't be afraid to stop and ask someone for help if you get lost. Have a great trip!
know NYC and cheap don't necessarily go ambatchmasterpublisher, but I thought I would put it out ambatchmasterpublisher to see if anyone can offer some suggestions. A friend of mine and I are planning a short trip to NYC this summer, August probably and we're both on budgets (so we can't spend a lot) nor are we heiresses (so ambatchmasterpublisher Plaza is out). It would only be for a few days, a long weekend at most. Can anyone offer suggestions on where to stay, go, eat, etc. that won't break ambatchmasterpublisher bank? Or websites that might be useful to look at? I'd appreciate any advice anyone can throw my way. We're not plannin on driving (gas and parking) and thought about taking ambatchmasterpublisher train (from DC) but it looks like Amtrak would cost us about $150-$170.
